Load Balancing Central Administration Web Site

Load Balancing Central administration web site is a very tricky job which achieving through script next to impossible coz it involves many settings & configurations which needs to be done. 

Although very straightforward way for load balancing central admin site is to create multiple central administration web site in the multiple server farm, Run configuration wizard in the server where you want the central admin site to be created.

Steps follows:

Step 1

Run configuration wizard

Step 2:
Click on Advanced Settings


Step 3:
Choose for "Do not disconnect this server from farm" and then click next

Step 4: 
Then select the option to "host web site on this server" and then click ok

 Step 5:

Verify the central admin url and other details and then click next

 Step 6:
Wait till the configuration wizard completes

 Step 7:

After the wizard finishes its job you can see the confirmation message and click finish

After the multiple Central admin sites have been created  we need to bind it on NLB and we have to specify the NLB's IP and Url in the host entry files of the web front servers.
